Terms of Business

All orders are subject to McDonogh Safety terms and conditions.

• Prices are exclusive of carriage and VAT which are charged at the current rate at time of Invoicing. Carriage depends on size and weight of order.
• Credit account payment terms are 30 days from date of Invoice.
• For customers without a credit account a Pro-Forma Invoice will be issued and payment should be made on receipt of this before goods are despatched.
• All products remain the property of McDonogh Safety until full payment is made.
• If order is incorrect or damaged you must notify us within 48 hours. All items returned to usmust be by recorded delivery.
• Made to order products will not be produced until after receipt of the purchase order. Artwork will be approved by the buyer before it goes to print. There is no refund for Made to Order products after print.
